Congratulations! Now you are done with your college. You are holding your degree in your hand just had a convocation ceremony. Now you are finally ready to make your own identity distinguishable. Now you are entering in a real challenge and it’s time to make your entrance in a new professional world. Following are some steps to make your start much rewarding, less horrible and annoying from college to real world transition. Good Luck!

STEP 1- LOCATE YOUR DIRECTION:

After when you have spent five to six years in your college and now you tends to prepare yourself for job and you are entirely aware of what you want to do? Now you come across the time to determine your abilities and interests in order to pursue your career. Some people love to be surrounded by people while some peoples are expert in numbers while some are expert in developing computer applications. Now it’s the time to acknowledge your likes, interests, eligibility and your strengths. First thing you should do is to explore about the field of your interest then talk about it to others who are already affiliated with that certain field. Then maintain your focus on that particular field.

STEP 2- EXPLORE YOUR INTEREST:

It’s crucial to be an open minded about the companies of your interest and you must be aware about the opportunities in those companies you might have not considered before. Look those companies, make search upon them, read articles about them, check their official websites and do approach one of their employees to gather more knowledge about that company.

STEP 3- YOUR TOOLKIT:

It’s vital to have your material for performing a particular task. You must have a carrier of your past work either in a form of portfolio or a cover letter that must reflect your abilities. Try to focus much on your rewards and never over look to mention your part time jobs, school activities or work posts.

STEP 4- FIND RESOURCES:

Be professional every time at home too and always be ready to receive any job call at any time

STEP 6- NEVER LOOSE YOUR HEART:

Be pragmatic and practical all the time. Never set your stakes too much high they will crush you at the end. You may face rejection but never loose your heart over it. TRY TRY AGAIN! You must remain confident and everyone goes through this phase.
